Metabolic and VO2Max Testing.
Metabolic testing and VO2Max Testing is the gold standard assessment for measuring how many kcals you burn (your metabolism) and the type of fuel you use (e.g. fats or carbohydrates). It is used to help assess your fitness levels, generate personalised training zones and identify your fat max.

What is Fitness Testing?
Fitness testing is vital for those who are looking to improve their fitness and become healthier. One of the most important tests is VO2Max, which measures how much oxygen your body can utilise during exercise.
The test is performed on a treadmill or stationary bike, and involves gradually increasing the intensity of the workout until you reach your max level. At this point, your heart rate and oxygen consumption will be measured and used to calculate your VO2Max score.
This score can be used to track your progress over time and see how your fitness has improved. In addition, it can also be used to set realistic fitness goals.
