Where is the Studio? Box Nutrition & Performance is located in Hastingwood Business Park in Erdington, B24 9QR

When are your classes ? Our trial classes are on Monday and Wednesday at 18:30, Wednesday and Friday at  06:30, Saturday at 08:00. You also get access to our HYROX session s on a Thursday evening at 18:30


Will the classes be too hard for me? Our classes are designed to be challenging yet achievable. We tailor the intensity to match your current fitness level.


Am I fit enough to start? You don't need to be in shape to begin; our programme is crafted to meet you where you are now. We celebrate all starting points and will guide you to improved fitness at a pace that’s comfortable for you.


I'm uncomfortable going to a new environment - We adopt a no ‘nobhead’ policy, welcoming and supportive atmosphere where everyone belongs.


What if I can't keep up with the rest? - Every member's journey is personal, and there's no race to the finish line. Our coaches ensure no one is left behind, providing modifications and support every step of the way.

What Happens After the 8 Class Intro?

After completing the 8 Class Intro at The Box, you have the flexibility to choose how you want to continue your fitness journey with us. We offer two main options:

  1. Buy Packs of Classes: This option is perfect for those who prefer a flexible, pay-as-you-go approach. You can purchase packs of classes that fit your schedule and needs. It's a great way to continue your workouts at your own pace and convenience.

  2. Monthly Membership (No Contract): If you're looking for a more consistent fitness routine, our monthly membership is ideal. This option provides unlimited access to our classes and facilities. The best part? It's a no-contract membership, meaning you have the freedom and flexibility to manage your membership month by month.


Both options are designed to accommodate your lifestyle and fitness goals. Whether you choose class packs for flexibility or a monthly membership for a steady fitness regimen, we're here to support you every step of the way!
