WHAT IS BOX NUTRITION COACHING

Box Nutrition Coaching is a nutrition programme that takes all the guesswork out of your nutrition. We understand that your nutrition is individual and following a set 'diet' will only get you so far. We don't believe in the typical self-named diets but building a nutrition setup around YOU, YOUR goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

This is why we have developed Box Nutrition Coaching. The framework that will help you get in shape (our results don’t lie), whether it’s to look your best, feel your best or help you with your exercise goals.

 

We help you understand:

Who is it for?

Anybody who wants to look better, feel better or perform better.

Box Nutrition is here to help whether you just want to lose a few pounds to fit into that dress, feel confident for a night out or for your partner, or maybe you desperately need help with getting your health in check by sorting out what you eat.

1.Choose your plan

Choose a programme  best suited to your needs.

3. Get your plan

After 48-72hrs you will receive your macro breakdown and example meal planner. You will also be setup on our app and be granted access to the community.

5.Get Results

The  idea with nutrition coaching is that it is a fluid approach, whereby depending on your progress we continue to tweak your plan and help you implement new habits to ensure you get the results that you are after.

2. Tell us about yourself

Once you sign up you will be asked to complete a client information form where you can explain to us about your goals, your  current diet and what type of exercise you do.

4. Work with your coach

You will receive regular communication with your coach. This accountability is key for your success as you have your own coach always at hand.

1. Your tailored diet breakdown

As part of the coaching process you are setup with a kcal and macronutrient breakdown which forms the basis of how much you should be eating. We don't expect you to hit all of these targets right away, but systematically introduce you to new areas of your diet each week.

2. Your meal builder and prepartation guide

We understand you don't eat kcals, you eat food! This is why as part of the process you get access to a number of example meals to make building your sucessful diet far easier.

3. Client Dashboard

Keep track of your progress with access to your personal nutrition coach in your pocket. Our app enables you to monitor your progress, track your food intake and activity. You can also speak with your coach via the app.

4. Support

You will have Zoom catch up calls with your coach during the month to run through your how you're getting on, what you're struggling with, and where you need more support.

5. Metabolic Testing

Metabolic testing and VO2Max testing gives you powerful insights into your physiology including your metabolic rate and fat-burning capabilities. As a client, you get 20% off all testing.

My name is Jack Braniff and I help athletes perform, look and feel their best. I'm the founder of Box Nutrition and a registered performance nutritionist (SENr, CISSN), have my Masters degree (MSc) in Sports and Exercise nutrition and a member of the British Dietetics Association. I'm also the author of top rated sports nutrition book "Fuelling The Functional Athlete" which is available from Amazon.
