Box Nutrition and Exercise Coaching is a nutrition programme that takes all the guesswork out of your nutrition. We understand that your nutrition is individual and following a set 'diet' will only get you so far. We don't believe in the typical self-named diets but building a nutrition setup around YOU, YOUR goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

This is why we have developed Box Nutrition and Exercise Coaching. The framework that will help you get in shape (our results don’t lie), whether it’s to look your best, feel your best or help you with your exercise goals.

My name is Jack Braniff and I help people like you perform, look and feel their best. I'm the founder of Box Nutrition and a registered performance nutritionist (SENr, CISSN), have my Masters degree (MSc) in Sports and Exercise nutrition and a member of the British Dietetics Association. I'm also the author of top rated sports nutrition book "Fuelling The Functional Athlete" which is available from Amazon.

Our goal at Box Nutrition is to help you be the best you can be through better nutrition, whether that's feeling more confident in your body or competing in your chosen sport.

Who is it for?

Box Nutrition and Exercise coaching is for individuals committed to make a change. We offer nutrition and/or exercise support to get you to where you need to be.

Box Nutrition and Performance is here to help whether you just want to lose a few pounds to fit into that dress, feel confident for a night out or for your partner, or maybe you desperately need help with getting your health in check by sorting out what you eat.

First fill out the application form to see if you're a good fit for the programme.

3. Get your plan

If we decide you're a good fit for coaching, you'll be set up on the coaching platform within 48hrs. This includes macro targets, a number of meals that fit your targets, and a training programme tailored specifically towards your experience and goals.

5.Get Results

The  idea with nutrition and exercise coaching is that it is a fluid approach, whereby depending on your progress we continue to tweak your plan and help you implement new habits to ensure you get the results that you are after.

2. Consultation

During our consultation I'll ask you about you, your progress, struggles and goals and what I think you'll need to do to move forward. 

4. Work with your coach

You will check in your coach every week so they can monitor your progress and see where you need to improve.
