Our coaching takes all the guesswork out of your nutrition. We understand that your nutrition is individual and following a set 'diet' will only get you so far. We believe in an evidence based approach where we tailor a nutrition setup around YOU, YOUR goals, preferences and lifestyle.

This also means being  with you every step of the way. We know having the support from your own dedicated coach gives you accountability and tools to guarantee your success.

Who is it for?

Anybody who wants to look better, feel better or perform better. 


The  Box Nutrition coaching programme is tailored to help you if you are an aspiring athlete, you just want to lose a few pounds feel confident for a night out, work do or for your partner, or you simply want to look your best.

1.Choose your plan

Choose a programme  best suited to your needs.

3. Get your plan

After 48-72hrs you will receive your macro breakdown and example meal plan. You will also be  granted access to the member hub and community.

5.Get Results

The  idea with nutrition coaching is that it is a fluid approach, whereby depending on your progress we continue to tweak your plan and help you implement new habits to ensure you get the results that you are after.

2. Tell us about yourself

Once you sign up you will be asked to complete a client information form where you can explain to us about your goals, your  current diet and what type of exercise you do.

4. Work with your coach

You will receive regular bi-weekly communication with your coach, or just by email if you prefer. This accountability is key for your success as you have your own coach always at hand.

A detailed breakdown of how much and when you should be eating. Using the Box Nutrition traffic light system, we also help you identify what you should be eating and when.

Get access to our selection of meal plans and macro friendly recipes. 1:2:1 packages also include a tailored workout day and none workout day meal plan based around your kcals and macros.

Using our phone and desktop application, you are able to record and share your food and lifestyle journal with your coach*, see your weekly tasks, book your check in calls and message your coach whenever you like.  *1:2:1 coaching only

Every month there is a group video coaching call going over a particular topic, which also acts as a chance to discuss any questions you may have.

My name is Jack Braniff and I help athletes perform, look and feel their best. I'm the founder of Box Nutrition and a registered performance nutritionist (SENr, CISSN), have my Masters degree (MSc) in Sports and Exercise nutrition and a member of the British Dietetics Association. I'm also the author of top rated sports nutrition book "Fuelling The Functional Athlete" which is available from Amazon.
