Who is it for?

Box Perform is any recreational sportsman or woman who wants to reach their athletic potential or simply improve the way they look.


Having worked with international powerlifters, ultra endurance runners, rugby players, triathlete's and people who just go to the gym, we know how to tailor a plan around you, your goals and your lifestyle.

1.Choose your plan

Choose a programme  best suited to your needs.

3. Get your plan

After 48-72hrs you will receive your macro breakdown and example meal plan. You will also be setup on the Pro  Coach platform and  gain access to the community.

5.Get Results

The  idea with nutrition coaching is that it is a fluid approach, whereby depending on your progress we continue to tweak your plan and help you implement new habits to ensure you get the results that you are after.

2. Tell us about yourself

Once you sign up you will be asked to complete a client information form where you can explain to us about your goals, your  current diet and what type of exercise you do.

4. Work with your coach

You will receive regular communication with your coach. This accountability is key for your success as you have your own coach always at hand.

1. Your tailored diet breakdown

A detailed breakdown of how much and when you should be eating. Using the Box Nutrition traffic light system, we also help you identify what you should be eating and when.

2. Meal Plans

Get access to our meal builder, planner and recipe selection that enables you to choose meals based around your training and goals.

3. Client Dashboard

Using our phone and application, you are able to record and share your food and lifestyle journal with your coach, see your weekly tasks, book your check in calls and message your coach whenever you like.

4. The Box Roadmap

We understand that starting a new diet can feel overwhelming which is we provide a step by step framework so you have set tasks to follow each week.


5. Support

Every month there is a group video coaching call going over a particular topic, which also acts as a chance to discuss any questions you may have.

Frequently asked questions

How much is it?

121 Nutrition coaching starts at is £249pm or £99pm for group coaching.

Do I get a meal plan?

Personalised meal plans based around your macro goals are provided for 1:2:1 clients or as an optional extra. There is also a meal plan section provides you with a selection of meal plans to match your kcals.The recipe packs also provide you with meal plan examples and shopping lists.

Do I get my macros calculated for me?

Yes, based on your client information form, we write up your calories and macronutrients for workout and none workout days. We also calculate how you should split your macros up across the day based on when you train.

How often are they changed?

Depending on your results, you work with your coach to make any adjustments necessary. We also guide you through how to adjust your macros throughout the programme with a step by step flow chart and video.

Are there recipes?

Yes. You get access to 12 different recipe packs that also include a shopping list and barcodes so you can scan the recipes directly into MyFitnessPal This section is continually growing. Members are also encouraged share their recipes with the group on #Recipewednesday.

Do I have to count kcals

No. Although I encourage members to understand food values, there is the option to follow a hand based portion system.

I'm not an athlete, is this programme right for me?

Absolutely. This programme has been designed for both competitive athletes and anyone who just wants to get in shape. Although the fundamentals of good nutrition remain the same, your calories and macros are calculated based on you and your goals.

Can you cater for other sports?

My name is Jack Braniff and I help athletes perform, look and feel their best. I'm the founder of Box Nutrition and a registered performance nutritionist (SENr, CISSN), have my Masters degree (MSc) in Sports and Exercise nutrition and a member of the British Dietetics Association. I'm also the author of top rated sports nutrition book "Fuelling The Functional Athlete" which is available from Amazon.
