HYROX is a fitness competition that originated in Germany and has gained popularity worldwide. It's designed to test participants' strength, endurance, and mental toughness. HYROX events are open to athletes of all levels, from beginners to elite competitors.
The format of a HYROX event is consistent across the globe: it includes a total of 8 workouts separated by 1-kilometer running intervals, for a total of 8 kilometers of running.
