12-Week HYROX Performance Plan with VO₂Max / Lactate Testing + Personal Coaching Take your HYROX performance to new heights with a fully customised 12-week plan — starting with metabolic testing to precisely target your heart rate zones and ending with the confidence that every session has been tailored for you. This isn’t a generic PDF. It’s a data-driven, coach-supported performance plan delivered via TrainingPeaks, designed around your physiology and your goals. What’s Included: ✅ VO₂Max or Lactate Testing Capture key metrics including heart rate zones, ventilatory thresholds, and fuel usage to build a smarter training strategy. ✅ Initial 1:1 Consultation (30 mins) We’ll review your test results, current fitness, and race goals to build a plan that matches your exact needs. ✅ 12-Week Personalised Training Plan via TrainingPeaks A fully customised programme integrating running, strength, and station-specific work. Periodised to peak for race day. ✅ Weekly Coach Check-Ins via TP Comments or Email Stay accountable and supported with direct access to your coach for tweaks, feedback, and motivation throughout the programme. ✅ Mid-Point Progress Review (Optional) A 15–20 minute check-in to assess how training is going and make any necessary adjustments based on life, recovery, or performance. ✅ Final Debrief Call A 30-minute wrap-up to review your progress, prep for race week, and advise on taper, pacing, and nutrition strategy. How It Works: 🔬 Step 1: Test Book your VO₂Max or Lactate test. This gives us the data to define your training zones and identify key performance limiters. 📋 Step 2: Profile Fill out a short form detailing your HYROX goals, past race times (if any), and weekly training availability. 🧠 Step 3: Plan + Consult You’ll have a 1:1 call to go through your data and goals. Then, your full 8–12 week plan is delivered in TrainingPeaks. 📈 Step 4: Train + Coach Support Start training with your plan. You’ll receive ongoing coach access, a mid-point review, and final prep support to help you show up race-ready and confident.




Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to give us 24hrs notice for a full refund to to reschedule your appointment. If prior notice is not given before your appointment, then you will still be charged.
