Service Description

The complete race replication — the most advanced HYROX-specific testing available in the UK. Before the lab test, you’ll use our Race Pace Lab™ software to determine your Critical Speed. We use this data to set your exact running pace during the test, giving us true race-accurate insights. In the session, you’ll complete the full eight HYROX stations, each separated by a 1 km run at your race pace. We take lactate readings after every station to map your body’s production and clearance response — identifying precisely where you cross your physiological limit and how efficiently you recover before the next station.
