Full Testing Voucher

This  gift voucher entitles the recipient to a Full Test (VO2Max & lactate). Once the voucher is redeemed, simply quote the order to info@bonutrition.co.uk to book the test.
 
The full physiological profile combines lactate and VO2Max testing to give you an all round picture of your current performance. The session combines two tests and a body composition report.
 
The lactate profile is a test that uses lactate to establish your thresholds. The lactate test involves a step test where every 3- 5 minutes the speed or watts will be increased and a small blood sample will be taken. This helps us better identify your lactate thresholds ( 1 and 2) to establish your training zones. You will also receive a full performance breakdown of your results and interval sessions based on your results.
