When you try to track your food on your own it can be overwhelming and frustrating. It takes time and dedication that most people don’t have.

You might also be thinking I don't want to be obsessive with my food, or add any more stress to my busy life.

But what if I told you that the idea behind tracking your food is to stop tracking, and to give you the tools to be more flexible and intuitive with your eating, so that you can eat the foods that you like and still see results.

 

This is why we created the Macro Challenge, because we know how important this step is for long-term success with weight loss.

The Macro Challenge is a 30 day programme designed for men and women who are struggling with their weight, want to understand how how much and what they should be eating, without giving up the foods they enjoy.

Using our phone application, The 30 Day Macro Challenge walks you through the process of understanding macros and how to track effectively.

Frequently asked questions

Will I get results?


The macro challenge is aimed at individuals who need to lose at least 8lbs, where we expect you to lose at least 4lbs in the 30 day period. You will also learn the fundamentals of what, and how much to eat for your goals so your results will go beyond just the 30 day challenge.




I don’t want to track forever?


We also don’t expect you to track forever, I know it sounds silly but the goal of tracking is to stop tracking! Tracking your food gives you an understanding of food values which helps you make better decisions when building meals. These skills last with you forever.




Do I get a meal plan?


No. The idea of the macro challenge is that you can eat the foods you like without being constrained by a meal plan. You do however, get access to a meal builder than includes a list of breakfasts, lunches, evening meals and snacks making understand what to eat really easy.




Do I get any support?


The challenge is run through a phone application where you can access your coach at anytime, using the chat function. Expect a reply within 24hrs.

If you choose the coaching option you will get more contact time with your coach and zoom calls.
