I'm Jack Braniff-Ellis, founder of Box:Perform. With a decade-long experience in sports nutrition and performance and a Masters Degree in Sports & Exercise Nutrition, I realised the need for a scientifically-backed, customised training solution for HYROX and hybrid athletes.
