ENDURE:RUN is a 12 week metabolic testing and nutrition coaching programme for the recreational runner who's looking to supercharge their running performance.
How we do it:
Step 1 - Construct your metabolic profile
This includes an RMR test to calculate your kcals (how much to eat), a VO2Max test to measure your current fitness levels and a 7 site skinfold body fat analysis. We also measure your current fat burning rate during exercise as well as your running efficiency
Step 2 - Provide you with your plan
Based on your performance data and physiology, we construct your plan. This includes:
Complete 12 week running plan or targeted sessions to incorporate into your current programme.
Nutrition - understanding exactly how to eat to fuel your running and achieve your body composition goals
Strength - our app gives you access to customised workouts at your fingertips. These can be tailored to equipments you have access to, even if it’s nothing!
Support - get regular communication with your coach via our app for more accountability and to track your performance

By using state of the art equipment and methods, metabolic testing enables us to analyse your physiology and provide you with the most accurate nutrition plan completely bespoke to your individual requirements. It also enables us to pinpoint your training zones (how hard to push) and highlight how to fuel your sessions.
As part of the ENDURE:RUN programme, you will get access to your own 12 week running plan. This can be tailored to your goals, weekly mileage and running history. Your running plan is based around your VO2 data and speed to get the most from your training. All workouts can be uploaded to your Garmin device too.
Endure comes complete with a strength and conditioning programme to help improve your speed, power, resilience and reduce the risk of injury. The programme can be followed along as part of a phone application so you can track and share your results.
Throughout the process you will supported by your own coach who will be your accountability.
You might not understand how to eat for a particular workout? You're struggling with cravings, or an injury, Jack will be there to support you when you need it most. The programme also includes access to the private facebook community where you can join likeminded people who share similar goals.
Each month you will also have a 'catch up' call to discuss your progress. This enables us to see what's working but more importantly what's not, so we can make any necessary changes to your plan.
