How it works
My name is Jack Braniff and I help athletes perform, look and feel their best. I'm the founder of Box Nutrition and a registered performance nutritionist (SENr, CISSN), have my Masters degree (MSc) in Sports and Exercise nutrition, a member of the British Dietetics Association and a UKAD anti doping advisor. I'm also the author of top rated sports nutrition book "Fuelling The Functional Athlete" which is available from Amazon.

2. RMR Test
The Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test determines how many calories your body burns at rest, which will help you us provide you with an accurate assessment of how much you need to eat based on your goals.
4. VO2 Max Test
A VO2 max is a test of aerobic capacity. Having a high VO2 max is a prerequisite for any successful endurance athlete. The VO2 max test enables us to accurately gauge your aerobic (fitness) levels, pinpoint heart rate zones and thresholds, and monitor the effectiveness of your training.
