I'm a CrossFit athlete, can you tailor this programme to me.
Unfortunately no. This programme is not designed for athlete's or specifc sports. The workouts are geared towards increasing fitness and losing body fat.
Do you tailor the exercise programme specifically for me.
This is a semi tailored exercise programme which follows a certain structure. I can adjust the workouts to match your ability and equipment you have available, however this is not a personalised plan.
Do I need any equipment?
No, this programme can be done no equipment, however I do recommend having a dumbell or kettlebell to see better results.
What's included in the exercise programme?
The programme consists of 3 workouts per week and optional cardio (running/walking). These include a strength, strength endurance and interval workout.
Do I get a meal plan?
Do I get my macros calculated for me?
Yes, based on your client information form.
How often are they changed?
Depending on your results, we can adjust your kcals every 2 weeks if necessary.
Are there recipes?
Yes. You get access to a selection of recipes and a meal plan builder which helps you build balanced meals.
